HLE-Diamond is a refined 1,000-question version of Humanity's Last Exam from the Center for AI Safety and Scale AI, split evenly between reasoning and knowledge questions (272 include an image). It tests expert-level, closed-ended academic questions without tools. Artificial Analysis runs an independent HLE-Diamond leaderboard as part of its Intelligence Index v5.
