User Data Deletion Instructions — GrokBot

GrokBot is a Meta app used internally to manage and publish content on our MetaRix and JobSahar Facebook Pages. These instructions explain how to request deletion of personal data associated with the app that is under our control.
How to request deletion
Send your request to the Metarix Team through our Contact form. Use the subject GrokBot data deletion request and provide an email address where we can reply.
You do not need to sign in to this website to read these instructions or submit the Contact form.
What to include
- The Facebook profile or Page involved. Include its public link or identifier, if available, so we can locate the relevant records.
- A brief description of your request and the personal data you believe is associated with GrokBot.
Include only the information needed to explain your request. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or identity documents. We do not ask for those items to handle a deletion request.
What happens after your request
We will review your request and identify applicable personal data associated with GrokBot that is under our control. If clarification is needed to locate the relevant records, we will contact you using the reply details you supplied.
We will delete applicable data under our control and explain the outcome. If a legal requirement means that particular records must be retained, we will explain what must be retained and why.
Data held by Meta
Deleting data held by this app is separate from deleting your Facebook account, content, or other information held by Meta. A request to us does not itself delete that Meta-held data. Use Meta's own account and privacy controls for requests concerning data held by Meta.
